When do we take Sweetpea in for her first trim? Her hair takes forever to comb and is a rat's nest by the end of the day. I'm not sure I can bear to cut off those little precious curls, not knowing if they'll ever come back. Help! What's a mom to do? When did you first cut your daughter's hair?On a side note, this is one of my favorite pictures from our family photo session with Session Nine Photography, Check them out... they are fantastic!

Try cutting and add layers, i do this with avery. her hair is a straggly mess but has potential to have curl. they layers help boost the curl. plus don't be afraid to throw some product/mousse in her hair!!!!!
Don't cut them off yet!!! I had Alexis get a slight trim at 1 and 3 just to shape it, but not to take off much length. We just trimmed it again at 4! Get some good spray conditioner for when you brush. Tangles are just part of having pretty hair!
